Making A Purchase

Payment must be made before any garments have been branded. Goods will be released once funds have been cleared. Alternatively if paying by card we accept MasterCard, Visa or Solo. American Express is not accepted.

Delivery Charges and Schedule

Carriage will be charged based on the weight of the goods purchased and is detailed in the shopping basket when an order is made.

Our preferred couriers are FEDEX, Parcelforce and Royal mail.

We aim to deliver unbranded goods within 7 working days and branded goods witin 10 working days of artwork being signed off by the customer however if this is not possible we will notify the customer of the expected delivery date immediately.

Back Orders

If an item is not in stock we will advise the customer and place the item on back order for the customer who will have the option to cancel their order or wait until the item becomes available.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. Children’s clothing is VAT exempt.

Credit Card Security

Online purchases are processed securely and we do not store or have access to a customers’ card details.

Privacy Policy

Penn Sports Ltd T/A PENNUK.COM do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purpose

Returns Policy

We are confident that our customers will be delighted with their purchases. In the unlikely event that this is not so for any reason simply return the purchase to us for an exchange or refund of the purchase price. If we have made a mistake we will also refund the delivery charges.

All colours, sizes and specifications are for guidance only as they may change without notice.

Exchange/Refund Policy

Should a customer wish to return an item for a refund or exchange please try do so within 28 days of the date of purchase. Unless faulty, goods must be returned in a saleable condition with labels and tags in place.

For an exchange, simply email [email protected] the details of what you need to return and the items needed as replacements and we will get them ready for you and email you back to pop to our store to swap the items over.

When returning goods please remember to include a copy of your receipt. If this is not possible, make sure that you include your name, address and a telephone number (daytime) inside the package and please do not forget to tell us if you want a replacement or a refund. We will only refund the delivery cost if we have despatched damaged or incorrect goods. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

When posting items back to us, the customer will be responsible for any returned goods until they reach us. Please make sure that you get proof of postage and that the method of delivery requires a signature on delivery, as in the event of a lost package we will not be able to accept responsibility unless a signature can be supplied. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning Faulty Goods
In the unfortunate event that a customer receives a faulty item please return the item to us – clearly stating the fault – and include your name, address and order number if possible. Once we have received your goods back our returns team will investigate the fault and advise what we intend to do. Most faulty goods will be replaced however on rare occasions they may be repaired. Should we not be able to find a fault we will contact you for clarification.
